Dr. Pete Newburn joined Sacred Heart as our Pastoral Coordinator on July 1, 2003. He and his wife Joy come to us from Houston, TX.

Dr. Pete has served for 19 years in various ministry positions, in Miami, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Washington, DC, and Houston, TX. He loves kids, Jelly Bellies, playing softball, and good clean jokes. Dr. Pete and Joy feel very much called by the Lord to be a part of this faith-filled community.

As Pastoral Coordinator, Dr. Pete is responsible to oversee all the pastoral and administrative ministries.
